Montage International Gift Card Conditions of Use

By purchasing a Montage International Gift Card, you are entering into a contract for the purchase of a gift card, are agreeing to be bound by the following Conditions of Use and representing that you are over the age of consent and have capacity to enter into the contract. Montage International may update these Conditions of Use, in its sole discretion, from time to time.

A Montage International Gift Card can be redeemed at any Montage Hotel or Resort located in the United States or Mexico (subject to changes in applicable laws) or any Pendry Hotel located in the United States. Montage International Gift Cards can be used for accommodations, dining, spa services and more. The Montage International Gift Card may be purchased online in U.S. dollars or at participating Montage International hotels and resorts only.

Montage International Gift Cards are not refundable and may not be exchanged for cash unless expressly required by law. Montage International Gift Cards have no value unless redeemed. The full value of your Montage International Gift Card does not need to be redeemed all at one time. Charges in excess of any Montage International Gift Card’s balance must be settled with cash or a major credit card.

Montage International is not responsible for Montage International Gift Cards that are lost, stolen or destroyed. To replace the remaining value on a lost, stolen or damaged card with the original purchase receipt, follow the reporting procedures set forth on our website. Please note, assistance can only be provided if the card has a balance at the time assistance is requested. Until the reporting procedure has been followed, any use of the Montage International Gift Card is at your risk. Following proper reporting of a lost or stolen card, the existing balance of the Montage International Gift Card will be frozen and a replacement card will be issued for that amount. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to cancel a Montage International Gift Card if we believe that the card was obtained through fraudulent or unauthorized means.

Montage International Gift Cards do not need to be activated or registered and can be used immediately. In no event can any Montage International Gift Card purchased either online or at our hotels or resorts be returned. The Montage International Gift Card is not guaranteed by Montage International if it has been purchased from anyone other than Montage International or its affiliated hotels.
